Scope of Services

Structural Foundation Inspections

All of our inspection are performed by professional engineers and include the following:

• Overall site drainage review and repair and/or soil maintenance recommendations.
• Exterior wall and foundation inspection to determine the cause and repair recommendations required to bring the structure within applicable performance standards.
• Interior floor, wall and ceiling inspection to determine the cause and repair recommendations required to bring the structure within applicable performance standards.

Structural inspections are three tiered and start at $195 for a cursory visual inspection.

Our typical inspection include floor plan layout with slab elevations and any repair recommendations.

The highest tier inspection are required for projects that are currently under litigation where expert witness testimony and a monitoring schedule is requested.

Engineering Design

We provide structural analysis and design for commercial and residential structures for any renovation project or new construction.

Plans, details and specifications will be developed for any small or large scale project.

Project Phases include Schematics, Design Development, Construction Drawings, and Construction Administration. Alternative Structural Systems may be presented to provide the Contractor an opportunity to bid alternates. Architectural Consulting Engineers, Inc. provides in site field visits as a standard part of our contracts.

The greatest strength of our engineering design and drawing production lies in our attention to detail and Excellence by Design.

ACE will also perform peer reviews for quality assurance and quality control. Pre-construction reviews of plans and specifications.

Pre-purchase due diligence and conditions surveys.

ACE will analyze existing structures for stability due to unanticipated loading (i.e. Load Check analysis), existing structure assessment and/or tenant modifications.
