Structural inspections are three tiered and start at $195 for a cursory visual inspection.
Our typical inspection include floor plan layout with slab elevations and any repair recommendations.
The highest tier inspection are required for projects that are currently under litigation where expert witness testimony and a monitoring schedule is requested.
We provide structural analysis and design for commercial and residential structures for any renovation project or new construction.
Plans, details and specifications will be developed for any small or large scale project.
Project Phases include Schematics, Design Development, Construction Drawings, and Construction Administration. Alternative Structural Systems may be presented to provide the Contractor an opportunity to bid alternates.
