Forensic study of the main lodge structural deficiencies and engineering design of a new sports barn. Original lodge designed by others.

Shelton

Swimming pool renovations and load check of the existing concrete pan joist building. The scope of work also included strengthening the clubhouse roof to serve as a tenant deck and cabana renovations.
